Stages of our service: 1. Initial Consulting and Planning: • Analysis of the business type and its viability in the area (Tourism, Real Estate, Commercial, Services, etc.). • Selection of the most suitable type of company (S.A. de C.V., S. de R.L., Individual with Business Activity, etc.). • Review of tax, immigration, and legal requirements based on the client's profile. 2. Legal Incorporation of the Company: • Preparation of the articles of incorporation and bylaws. • Procedures before a notary public or public broker. • Registration with the SAT (RFC), IMSS, and other necessary organizations. • Opening a business bank account. 3. Administrative and Operational Management: • Implementation of internal accounting and administrative controls. • Advice on staff hiring and labor compliance. • Management of monthly and annual tax obligations. • Administration of basic operations: invoicing, payments, suppliers, rent, etc. 4. Cancellation Policy

POLÍTICA DE SESIONES GRATUITAS Y SERVICIOS POSTERIORES: 📅 Políticas de Reserva • Las reservas deben realizarse con al menos 12 horas de anticipación a la fecha deseada. • La primera sesión de consultoría digital es gratuita. • Si se requiere una segunda sesión sin haber contratado nuestros servicios, el costo es de $800.00 MXN (IVA incluido). • En caso de que el cliente contrate nuestros servicios, todas las sesiones de consultoría posteriores serán sin costo. • La confirmación de la cita se enviará por correo electrónico o WhatsApp, con todos los detalles. ❌ Políticas de Cancelación • Las cancelaciones deben notificarse con al menos 24 horas de anticipación. • Si la cancelación ocurre dentro de las 24 horas previas a la cita, no habrá reembolso, pero se podrá reagendar una única vez sin costo adicional. • Las cancelaciones de último minuto (menos de 4 horas antes) no tendrán opción de reembolso ni reprogramación. • En casos de fuerza mayor, se evaluará la posibilidad de reagendar sin penalización.
